Brigade Granada Master Plan

Brigade Granada is planned as a live-work-play township on about 40 acres: 14 residential towers along a central pedestrian podium spine, with themed gardens, an amphitheatre and water features across about 80% open space, a clubhouse of more than 30,000 sq.ft and a high street of shops, a supermarket and cafés. Phase 1 covers about 20.19 acres with about 2,000 homes. The master plan is shared at launch; register your interest to receive it first.
